Author's right, copyright mark (copyright)

The right that belongs to the author immediately after the creation of the work. There is no need to register it or make any official documents.

The © mark, which contains the first letter of the word "Copyright", indicates the intellectual property rights of individuals or legal entities. It consists of the © mark, the title, the author's name and the year of first publication.

Copyright may refer to different parts of the work, such as text, translation, illustrations, and others.

If the number of authors exceeds 4, their names are not indicated by the © sign. However, this does not mean that they do not have author's rights. Usually their names are designated on the head page of the relevant part.

When the book is republished, the copyright data of the previous edition is always preserved.
